WHAT IS

General
therapy

Sometimes we face things that, even with their best efforts, friends and family could not offer the support we need. Therapists are trained to listen actively, not judge, ask complex (or never thought of) questions, and support you to find your own answers.

You’ll be Sherlock, I’ll be Watson, and together we will examine the “cases” you bring into the room.

The “cases” can be linked to attachment issues, stress management, insomnia, anxiety, low mood, eating disorders, compulsive behaviors (or addictions), lack of confidence, self-esteem and abandonment issues, insecurity in relationships, feelings of not being good enough or not belonging, trauma, boundary issues, identity crisis, “ex-pat syndrome”, bereavement, grief, loss, support during transitions and important life decisions, that one point that repeats itself in many areas of life (whatever the issue is for you), and many more.

Let's talk?

Give yourself the space to share thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental place, while investigating what adjustments you can do to improve your day-to-day life.
